Daily Design and Delivery Time

Every morning, our design team will review the task list and, together with you, we will set the priorities for the day. This includes both new requests and any necessary revisions.

To track our progress, you will have access to the Trello app, where the creative process is divided into four main stages:

  1. Design Tasks: Here, all the design tasks that are to be executed are added.
  2. In Progress: Depending on your subscription, we can work on one or two tasks simultaneously.
  3. Feedback: At this stage, we await your feedback on the sent designs. We will make the necessary changes until the final result completely satisfies you.
  4. Project Completed: Once no further modifications are needed, we can consider the project completed and move on to the next task on our list.

This structure helps us maintain an efficient and transparent workflow, ensuring that each project is treated with the utmost care and professionalism.

Estimating the number of design requests completed daily is challenging for several reasons:

  1. The Creative Nature of Design: The creative process can vary significantly from one project to another.
  2. Diversity of Requests: Each request differs in terms of size and complexity.
  3. Revisions of Previous Requests: We must also consider the time allocated for revising previous projects.

With these factors in mind, here is a general estimate of what you can expect to receive daily:

  • 2-3 designs for social media
  • A set of banners, including the main visual and corresponding resizes
  • 5-6 pages of brochure/catalog/magazine/presentation
  • 1 visual for poster/poster/flyer/press mock-up/billboard
  • 1 visual for newsletter
  • 1 logo draft

For requirements that exceed these estimates, we encourage you to contact us to discuss a customized subscription.
